In 2018, with the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements galvanizing Hollywood, I birthed Variety’s first International Women’s Impact Report, writing the lead story that accompanied profiles of 50 showbiz leaders from around the globe. My lead story was nominated for a SoCal Journalism Award.

I oversaw the 2019 report as well, which included a feature about female directors in Mexico in addition to the profiles about accomplished female showbiz leaders from around the globe.
